  • Where do I direct questions, comments, or issues?

  • Where are Buddings products made? 
    • Our products are designed and curated in Singapore and manufactured in Ningbo, China. The facility where we manufacture, assemble, and quality-check out products is one of the largest producers of sustainably-harvested wood toys and organic cotton dolls in the world. We are proud to partner with a company that shares our core values: Commitment to ecologically-sustainable and ethical production, and safe working conditions. Our products go through final inspection at our Singapore warehouse before being shipped to our customers. 
  • How do I sign up for your emails? 
    • Subscribe to our mailing list here and be the first to get updates on products and offers, as well as tips for parents. You can also follow us on Instagram for additional information on parenting, education, and adorable pictures of our littlest fans. 
  • How do I unsubscribe from emails? 
    • You’ll find an unsubscribe link located at the bottom of your emails. Reach out to us at hello@buddings.co for further assistance. 
  • Can my baby become a Buddings representative? 
    • Yes! We are constantly on the lookout for babies and their families to feature in our products. Follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on all casting calls and tag us with photos of your children playing with Buddings products: tag @buddings.co on Instagram. 
  • What if the item I want to order is sold out? Do you do backorders? 
    • Join the waitlist and when the product is back in stock, we’ll be able to notify you immediately. 

PAYMENT & DISCOUNTS

  • How can I pay for my items? 
    • We accept the following modes of payment: PayPal, bank transfers and major credit cards. 
  • Is my credit card information secure?
    • All personal and financial Information is collected over a secure SSL communication channel with encryption. We are committed to protecting your privacy!
  • How do I apply a coupon? 
    • Each coupon code may be redeemed once per customer and must be applied at checkout. Purchases of e-gift cards are exempt from receiving the additional value of the discount. If you have any questions, do contact us at hello@buddings.co
  • I am unable to apply my coupon. What should I do? 
    • Do kindly check the terms & conditions as well as the validity duration of your discount code. Should you encounter any trouble with usage after, do write in to us at hello@buddings.co and our team will be in touch to assist you as soon as we can.

  • How can I become a stockist? 
    • If you’re interested in stocking our pieces for retail or distribution whether locally in Singapore or internationally, we’d love to hear from you. Do contact us at hello@buddings.co and we’ll get back as soon as we can. 
  • Do you accept wholesale orders? 
    • Yes, we do! Please use our contact form or email us your enquiry on wholesale orders at hello@buddings.co. Don’t forget to let us know a little more about your company, shop, business, and the quantity you are looking at and our team will get back to you soon. 

GIFT CARDS

  • How do I give a gift card?
    • To shop e-gift cards, click here. Please note that discount codes do not apply towards the purchase of e-gift cards.  
  • How do I use a gift card?
    • Enter in the discount code at time of checkout. Any remaining funds can be used for a separate purchase.
